The food specialty of Kapuvár would be named after its creator

The sticker liver should wear the name of its “inventor” – Németh Csóka Gábor deputy mayor of Kaposvár has raised the idea at the opening ceremony of festival dedicated to the food specialty of Kapuvár.

In his speech he suggested that the local restaurants should offer the food specialty in their menus and keep the food in supply, in honor of the memory of Orbán József restaurateur “the Grand Master of Sticker Liver” – under the Orbán Sticker Liver name.

With the participation of about twenty teams the celebration of sticker liver will be held for the second time in the city.  (MTI)
