The association of the Hungarian real estate business profession was formed
Founding members of the Alliance of Commercial Real Estate Advisors (ACORA): AN Limited Ltd., Citireal Ltd., Grifton Property Ltd., Property Solution Group Ltd. and REscon Ltd.
According to the association, the coronavirus pandemic will significantly transform both the office and industrial and commercial real estate markets, the importance of office work will decrease due to the expansion of the home office, but the demand for contact spaces will increase. In addition, mandatory spacing allows far fewer workstations per square meter than before. (MTI)
