Croatia remains the favorite

According to the data of KSH, Hungarians are traveling more and more abroad: over the past ten years – between 2007 and 2018 – the number of trips across our borders has increased by a quarter.

On the eve of the school vacation, Groupama Insurance provided a representative, nationwide survey of 1,000 people about how often and how long Hungarians travel abroad as tourists.

As it turned out, nearly two-thirds of Hungarians are traveling abroad at least within a few years with 31 percent of them travelling abroad for vacation every year. (origo)
