Using eGN becomes even easier: the Copy and Export functions are available
The office expanded the electronic management diary with new functions. It will be of great help to users that they can already copy and export in eGN in the future. Nébih’s goal is to provide customers with an increasingly user-friendly system through continuous improvements.
The operator of the management log can use the “Copy” function to copy utilizations and operations. It is also possible to specify whether the new data rows are created in a fixed or finalized state. When copying utilizations, copying can only be done to production sites of the same type of cultivation. When copying operations, users can choose between production sites and utilizations. Among the operations, plant protection monitoring can be copied together with the related operations.
Another new feature is the “Export” function
Customers can even export the entire management log in Excel (xlsx) format. It is important that the export is only available on the Documents tab before making changes. Both ‘printer friendly’ and ‘wide’ formats are available. The wide version supports possible filters and summaries. It is important to emphasize that the completed files can only be downloaded for a limited time, but the latest version can be generated at any time.
