Judgment is expected later this year in case of the special tax on retail

The European Court of Justice’s judgment in the case of special tax on the retail activity in Hungary is expected later this year- Lehóczki Balázs, colleague of the press department of the European Court of Justice informed Világgazdaság.

Lehóczki Balázs also said that the Advocate General’s opinion will be published on 5 September in the case. As it is known on the basis of the Advocate General’s opinion we can  conclude the expected judgment, because in most cases the Advocate General’s opinion is similar to the judgment of the court.
