The consumer prices may decline for months – according to analysts
The drop in fuel prices and the decline in food prices pulled down inflation in December – according to analysts interviewed by MTI on Wednesday, who believe that deflation remains for months in Hungary.
Consumer prices fell by an average of 0.2 percent in 2014, and in December fell by 0.9 percent, compared to a year before. Compared with November the decrease was 0.7 percent – the Central Statistics Office (KSH) announced on Wednesday. (MTI)
