We are still missing that little extra that we could do for health
Only half of Hungarians regularly take vitamins, and even fewer do sports. Although many people periodically consume supplements containing various minerals and vitamins, most people still do not do so consciously enough. In addition, the vast majority of Hungarians also omit other forms of disease prevention from their lives – such as healthy eating or screening tests. Among other things, this is revealed by the representative research of the Hungarian pharmaceutical manufacturer, Bioextra Zrt. The company would like to draw attention to the fact that with just a little extra attention, we could make a big contribution to preserving our health.
In the colder seasons, the resilience of our body becomes even more pronounced. It is still not too late to support us in order to get through the winter with as few illnesses as possible. What’s more, we can do a lot for our health with just a little extra step.
Vitamins alone do not solve all tasks, but they significantly contribute to making us less vulnerable to various diseases.
“As a responsible family company, we consider it important to help in the fight to preserve health. We want everyone to support their immune system in the most effective way: don’t just >>get some berries<< in the morning, but if possible, take vitamins, as much and then, that really serve our health”
– explains Tamás Kádár, director of the Bioextra business branch.
