Mediameter: 78 percent of the Hungarian adults has a mobile phone
Approximately 6.3 million adults have cell phones in Hungary over age 18. This is 78 percent of the population, which indicates a 6 percentage point increase in a year – the Mediameter Kft. told MTI.
Mediameter’s research was carried out in the first quarter of 2013 based on personal interviews with 2000 adults. This result represents an approximately 6 percent increase compared to the same period of 2012, since in February 2012 only 72 percent of the adults had a mobile phone. (MTI)
