McDonald's: Millions for employee scholarship
McDonald's Hungary won the bronze rating of Social Label grade in August 2009. Those companies are awarded, that debut this year with an objective and complex audit professional certification, linked to good employer routine.
The Municipal Public Employment Service "socially responsible business" classification is intended to assist and encourage companies to evolve a diverse human resources correctly.
On the basis of the classification McDonald's as an employer is focusing with great care on social responsibility issues, to grant equal access. The fast food chain supports its 75 student employees in the course of the Employee Scholarship Program, this year with 7.5 million HUF. The company is the largest student employee in Hungary. The fast food chain in addition provides flexible working hours and shows a good example of physical accessibility for the disabled.
