The new provisions of Pálinka distillation enter into force today
The new excise tax rules of own and rented distilling enter into the force on Monday. An annual fifty liters of distillate of 86 degrees for own consumption is tax free – reminds the communication of the Customs and Finance Guard Office.
In own distilling, every person over the age of 18 can produce an annual fifty liters of 86 degrees Pálinka, tax-free, from own or purchased fruit.
