Match store network: There will not be joint Co-op CBA acquisition
Co-op and CBA do not want to buy the Match chain.
The joint company of Co-op and CBA, the C & C Partner Asset Management Ltd. which was established last October recently terminated. The company was set up to buy the Match chain, which is owned by the Belgian Delhaize Group.
We are informed that the Belgian group wants to sell the Match and Profi networks separately, and also negotiating separately with the CBA and the Coop Groups. (Világgazdaság Online)
