Master Good, Nestlé Hungária, Tesco Hungary are this year’s winners
This year, Trade Magazine announced the Christmas TV Ads 2024 – Audience Choice Award contest for the second time. The competition received 11 entries this year, which were judged by the general public. The contest was held in collaboration with TV2.
Christmas is one of the most heartwarming holidays, and companies consciously prepare festive-themed commercials for the season. Trade Magazine’s contest focused on how viewers evaluate the various advertisements tied to Christmas. Companies could enter the competition for free, and all participating entries were showcased together. Public voting took place on Trade Magazine’s website from December 12 to 19, 2024, under specified conditions. During the one-week voting period, nearly 30,000 votes were submitted.
The grand prize, a one-page advertisement in the 2nd-3rd issues of Trade Magazine in 2025, was awarded to the company whose Christmas TV ad received the most votes. The winner can use the prize for any of their campaigns.
Based on the final results, the top three contestants received certificates of recognition from Trade Magazine, the organizer of the contest.
This year’s winner of the Christmas TV Ads 2024 – Audience Choice Award is Master Good with their entry, “Master Good Christmas 2024.”
Master Good’s Christmas video aims to inspire everyone to focus on care and attention toward those around us during the holiday preparations, emphasizing that the most valuable part of Christmas is spending it together.
The second-place winner is Nestlé Hungary with their commercial, “Gourmet Cat’s Christmas.”
For cats, the highlight of the holiday season is the endless variety of GOURMET by Purina. With GOURMET’s delicious bites, we can give our beloved pets the happiest Christmas moments filled with care and love.
The third-place winner is Tesco Hungary with their entry, “Merry Christmas!”
This year, Tesco Hungary’s Christmas video highlights family and the joy of shared moments. The cheerful preparations remind us that the true value of the holiday lies in love and togetherness. And for all the delicious ingredients, you can find everything at Tesco – with the slogan “Everything for a warm Christmas together!”
