U.S. retail sales declines for the second month
The U.S. retail sales declines for two months now. After the May-adjusted 1.1 percent decline, in June a 0.5 percent decline occured, which is a greater than expected decrease.
The data strongly suggests, that the pace of economic growth could be more restraint.
This decrease was mainly due the decrease of car and fuel consumption. Without the 2.3 percent decline of car sales, retail sales decreased by only 0.1 percent – reports Világgazdaság Online.
