Sunflower is on a record price

Sunflower has a record price, despite the drought. The industrial plant costs one and a half times more than in last year.

According to the preliminary estimates the crop can be considered as good and the price of sunflower is really good: 13-14 thousand HUF per quintals plus VAT. The average yield per hectare is around 2.5 tonnes. (HírTv, Magyar Nemzet Online)
