One and a half tons of foie gras was consumed at the 5th Foie Gras Festival

More than 14 thousand visitors, 1.5 tonnes of foie gras, 1 ton of goose meat, 600 kilograms of thigh was consumed at the 5th Foie Gras Festival.

The 5th Foie Gras Festival closed its doors on Sunday night in Budapest, at the Erzsébet Square. The 14 thousand people who visited the event once again proved that there is a great demand for quality hungaricums. During the three days of the festival a total of 1.5 tonnes of foie gras, 1 ton of goose meat, 600 kilograms of thigh was consumed.
