Kitchens in children’s catering can be renewed from one and a half billion forints
Support for children institutuions cannot stop even during pandemiological preparedness, so this year local governments can also use 1.5 billion HUF in support for the development of child nutrition, Varga Mihály announced in a video uploaded to his community site on Wednesday. The Minister of Finance emphasized that within the framework of the tender, it is possible to renovate and develop kitchens and dining rooms, or even to establish new kitchens.
In the last 5 years, the kitchens of a total of 554 settlements have been able to be renewed from about 14 billion forints, he added.
Since 2015, with the application of the Ministry of Finance, local governments have had the opportunity to apply for state support to renovate the childcare facilities they maintain. (MTI)
