Marks and Spencer starts selling branded foods
According to the communication of the clothing chain; Marks and Spencer starts distributing food and household goods in its UK stores in the future, such as Kelloggs cereal, flakes Coca Cola and Persil detergent.
According to director Stuart Rose; the reason of the conversion, is that the purchase will become more comfortable for the British customers. The company's net profits increased by only half a percent to 224.3 million pounds, in the first six months of this year. The director is satisfied with the result. He believes that the company reached this good result, with cost-effective steps and strong supply.
