0.1 percent inflation in March, food prices fell
Consumer prices in March were 0.1 percent higher than a year earlier. Compared to February, consumer prices rose by an average of 0.2 percent – the Central Statistics Office (KSH) announced on Friday.
According to the datas of the Central Statistics Office (KSH), the price of household energy, vehicle fuel, clothing and footwear, and durable goods have decreased in the past one year. The price of alcoholic beverages, tobacco goods and services became more expensive, while
the food prices have decreased by 0.1 percent on an annual comparision. (MTI)
