The current Hungarian support rate should remain in the post-2020 EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) period – agrarszektor.hu wrote. According to the findings of the Agricultural Forum of the Free University of Bálványos, the European Commission’s proposal to reduce support is unacceptable.
The EU membership and the resultant participation in the common agricultural policy is an advantage because it has generated development, but we do not want to be secondary citizens – Jakab István, vice-president of the National Assembly told. (agrarszektor.hu)
