28 February is the deadline for the support

The regulation has been published. The main rule is to install the online cash registers, not later than 31 January 2014, to be eligible for the 50 thousand HUF state aid, but under certain conditions it may also be taken up until 28 February.

Those can use the one-month grace period, who complied with all requirements and deadlines and oredered their cash registers before 1 October 2013 (small cash registers) or 1 January 2014 (large cash registers).
