The Hungarian product regulation to come

The ministry has finished the Hungarian product regulation – said Kardeván Endre, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Rural Development, on Thursday in Budapest. The decree will regulate the use of trademarks as well.

The Secretary of State also noted, that the ministry has undertaken the opportunity given to the Ministry in the unfair practices act. In the last period the Ministry fought against the violators of the legislations of the food tarde.

Until now, two food chains were fined, due to the 30-day payment deadline violation against their suppliers – reports vallalkozoinegyed.hu.
