The wheat is already grinded for the bread of the Hungarians
The wheat grinding has started for the bread of the Hungarians on Tuesday: The two-day work is carried out by the Lamepé Kft. in its mill in Szigetvár, that was built in 1918.
Brigovácz Mátyás main miller told to MTI's correspondent at the site, that the flour will be produced of high quality grain. Bread will be produced from 75 percent of the flour, the remaining part will serve as feed. (MTI)
