The Adriatic is no longer the favorite beach of Hungarians
The Germans still love Hungary to this day, they never forget the gesture of opening the border to us in 1989, it is no wonder that they are the most strongly represented in inbound tourism, at 15-20 percent. The same is no longer true in the opposite direction, the proportion of Hungarian tourists is only 1.5 percent – reports the Pénzcentrum.
To further improve this ratio, it is helped by a specialized office, whose existence is perhaps only a gesture, but clearly indicates that we are important to the Germans. Miklós Czeiszing answered why it is worth visiting nowadays, what brand new opportunities await Hungarians, and why trains are becoming more and more important for a country with one of Europe’s strongest economies. We also talked with the head of the German Tourism Office about the post-covid world, and we even discussed the effect of inflation, as well as the difference that still exists between the eastern and western parts of the country.
