Date is set for ProWein 2012
ProWein 2012 will be held from 4 to 6 March in harmony with the internationally-relevant trade fair calendar. That way it is underlining its traditional status as an opening event for the international wines and spirits industry.
With this date, exhibitors and visitors can once again benefit from the best possible conditions at the exhibition centre. In 2012 ProWein coincides with other major trade fairs due to the cycling event calendar of Messe Düsseldorf. The selected March date will guarantee the usual advantages associated with ProWein exclusively occupying the exhibition centre: optimum organizational and logistic conditions for exhibitors and visitors. In addition, the early announcement of the date guarantees the best possible planning reliability for the industry. For the coming years, the familiar ProWein date will once again be set for the second half of March.
With over 3,300 exhibitors and 36,000 trade visitors from all over the world, ProWein 2010 registered new records. Once again in 2012 the presence of all the key wine-growing nations in combination with the top-ranking support programme along with the “Wine's best friends” special delicatessen show and the central tasting zone promise valuable ideas, inspiration and profitable concepts for the retail and restaurant and catering industries. For the exhibitors ProWein is of high strategic significance. It is not only the pivotal meeting place for the “wine family”, but an outstanding platform for business initiation and deals along with a unique international industry overview. In recent surveys the trade visitors also gave the event top marks: 96 percent were positive in their assessment.
The next ProWein will be held from 27 to 29 March 2011. Detailed information for exhibitors and visitors is available on the Internet at www.prowein.com.
