The wine city is under construction in the downtown of Szeged

From May 18, the most of the Hungarian winemakers will move to Szeged for ten days. A total of 120 producers will offer their products – told Licsicsányi Ilona managing director of the Szegedi Városkép Kft., the organizer of the event.

Almost all domestic wineries will be represented at the culinary show. Most of the wineries will come fromVillány, the vicinity of Lake Balaton, but a fair number of exhibitors will come from Eger, Tokaj, and of course from the Great Plain as well.

Eighty musical programs on three stages will provide a great atmosphere, performers such as Berecz András, Pély Barnabás, Falusi Mariann és Sárik Péter, Czutor Zoltán and Anett. One evening, Kunos Tamás of Csík zenekar will present a dance house with his friends. (MTI)
