The fruit and vegetable producer organizations have only two days left to make an important decision

Fruit and vegetable producer organizations or their associations, whose approved operational program extends beyond December 31, 2022, must submit an application by September 15, 2022 regarding the form in which their operational program will be continued from January 1, 2023.

In the application, you must choose from the following three options:

1. Amending the operational program in order to comply with EU Regulation 2021/2115,
2. Submission of a new operational program, which is approved on the basis of Decree 2021/2115,
3. Continuation of the currently authorized operational program according to the conditions defined in EU Regulation 1308/2013.

If the producer organizations do not submit a relevant application by September 15, 2022, their operational programs approved on the basis of EU Regulation 1308/2013 will be automatically closed on December 31, 2022.
