Harvest has started

The harvest of barley has been completed by the farmers in most areas of the country. Wheat harvest starts in a few days. The yield can be considered as a good medium, and in the southern part of the country there are quite good results.

Half of the barley has been harvested in the Southern part of Bács-Kiskun County. The average yield per hectare here is extremely good, an average of 5-6 tons per hectare – the Bács-Kiskun County Board of the National Agricultural Chamber announced on Friday.  (Világgazdaság Online)
