Eleven million HUF for the Education Center

Danone’s “Together, for the Children” (TEGY) aims the rehabilitation and healthy nutrition of children with cancer. This year the member institutions of “Together, for the Children” would like to establish a Education Center in Bakonybél.

Currently, nearly 2,500 children in Hungary suffers from a a kind of cancer, mostly in leukemia, or in brain cancer.
Although the healing rate is 70-80 percent, three out of ten – about 100 children a year – die from year to year in Hungary. The 40 percent of children in hospitals suffer from malnutrition. That’s why "Together, for the Children" supports the establishment of an Education Center Ltd. launched by Danone.
