Many consumers would rather do the dishes than go shopping
A study made by Capgemini Consulting revealed that 40 percent of consumers think shopping is housework and one third of them would rather do the washing-up than go shopping. Today shopping is less of an experience for consumers. They want technology to help them in each stage of the shopping process. According to the report, one of the most important tasks in the shop of the future is to bring the physical and digital platforms closer to each other.
