Mangalica sausage, herb cheese from the Hortobágy, Cserpes Cottage Rudi – the specialties of the domestic meat and dairy industry
As the continuation of the “Vidékességek – the best practices of the national agri-environment farming” the latest two episodes of the film series on the Hungarian dairy and meat processing was completed. The series guide the audience to eight places, where plants farms and enterprises producing Hungaricums are presented. The series were created under the New Hungary Rural Development Programme (ÚMVP).
The creators of the series are planning to shoot an additional six episodes beside the eight existing ones. The episodes will be implemented with the assistance of the experts NAKVI. The proposed topics are the following: Bird-friendly nature conservation, Specialties in animal husbandry, Environment-friendly soil farming, Self-sustaining villages, Land types, landscape management and Community farming.
