The national hail reduction system will operate from May next year. With the system tens of billions of forints can be saved per year only in agriculture – Kis Miklós Zsolt, Minster of State of the Prime Minister’s Office responsible for Agriculture and Rural Development said on Friday in Karcag.
Kis Miklós Zsolt at the National Economic Chamber’s (NAK) Strong Countryside event said that the cost of building a nationwide hail reduction system costs 1.8 billion HUF, financed via the rural development tender, and the government handles the implementation of the system as a major investment.
