From May, France will also ease restrictions against the epidemic
Mass testing, the segregation of people with symptoms, the reopening of schools and commercial establishments and the mandatory wearing of masks on public transport are key points in the French government’s proposal for daily measures to gradually replace the curfew announced on 11 May due to the coronavirus epidemic – napi.hu wrote.
“We need to live with the virus,” Prime Minister Edouard Philippe outlined his strategy, according to an MTI report.
Due to the risk of economic collapse, the government has decided to “gradually and cautiously” release the current strict quarantine, which can withdrawn at any time depending on the health situation.
The state of health currently in force until May 23 will be extended “maybe until July 23”. The bill will be presented to parliament by the government next week. (MTI)
