The economic climate in the euro area improved slightly in May
In the euro area, economic sentiment has improved in May, and the economic sentiment in the EU as a whole has been more subdued, according to a survey published by DG ECFin on Tuesday.
In May, the ESI economic sentiment index led by DG EcFin increased by 1.2 points to 105.1 points in the euro area and increased by 0.2 points to 103.8 points in the EU-28. The index started this year at 106.2 points. (MTI)
