From 20 May the use of e-cigarettes will also be limitated
The regulation, restricting the use of electronic cigarette enters into force on 20 May. The use of e-cigarettes will be prohibited at work places and playgrounds; the rule violators can expect fines – the National Public Health and Medical Officer Service (Public Health Service) told MTI on Wednesday.
According to the communication it will be prohibited to use electronic cigarettes at public institutions, community transport, in workplaces and in public areas, places such as subways, playgrounds and their five-meter radius. The offenders will pay fines between twenty thousand to fifty thousand HUF. (MTI)
