Berliners have been paid attention to Hungary in January
One year before Hungary's EU Presidency, in the 20th year of the German unification, Hungary debuted successfully as the partner country of Berlin Grüne Woche exhibition. The Hungarian exhibitors were welcomed well by the public and the professionals.
At least 120 000 interested visited the Hungarian national pavilion, that was organized and financed by the Agricultural Marketing Center (AMC). Fourty-one Hungarian food exhibitors presented their products to the German public on 1600 square meters, in the Hungarian national pavilion.
Nearly 1600 exhibitors of 56 countries exhibited on about 115 thousand square meters of gross area. The 10-day event recorded 400 thousand visitors, 25 percent of them were professionals.
