This new tax will also be introduced in Hungary from 2023: here are the details
On 20 December, the OECD published the rules of the final model for the global minimum corporate tax. The model rules are based on consensus from more than 135 countries and lay the foundations for a globally coordinated corporate tax system, finalising previously issued proposals. The creation of these rules is a milestone in the history of international taxation.
