Hungary is consciously preparing for the diabetic children 2014 football World Cup: the Diabetes Junior Cup

The Diabetes Junior Cup is an international soccer World Cup, held since 2007, which aims to propagate proper diabetes management and raising awareness globally. The tournament will be held in the summer of 2014. Hungary takes part in the game for the 7th time.

The selection of the candidates of the Hungarian team for the world championship, will take place in the Eto park in Győr between 4 and 7 July 2013. The main organizer of the event is Medtronic, but year after year other companies and organizations join the initative, thereby ensuring to send the message of the sporting event to more and more people.
