The Most Attractive Employers of Hungary: one Hungarian owned company in the Top 10

According to the joint research of Aon Hewitt and AIESEC Audi, Mercedes, Bosch, Microsoft, MOL, Coca Cola, Nestlé, IKEA, IBM, L' Oréal are the Most Attractive Employers in Hungary. The research was published in the Forbes magazine.

Compared to the previous years, the rate of those who plant to work abroad increased in long terms: 42 percent of the respondents want to leave the country for more than a year, hoping to get better salary or achieve career advancement. There is a huge gap between the graduates and between those who have at least three years of experience. Graduates would be happy with 176,000 HUF net salary per month, while the latter would be satisfied with an average net 306,000 HUF.
