Spas and spas are also given the Hungary’s Treasures trademark
In addition to the mandatory qualification of accommodation, tourist attractions now also have the opportunity to compete. At the General Assembly of the Hungarian Bath Association, on November 7, the certificate certifying the acquisition of the Hungarian Treasures trademark was handed over to qualified spas and spas for the first time.
In Hungary, the mandatory certification of accommodations by the Hungarian Tourism Quality Certification Board began on January 1, 2022, and the organization’s managing director, Zsófia Liziczayné Kovács, informed the participants of the general meeting of the Hungarian Bath Association about its work.
Accomodation certification is now a guarantee of the quality of services for domestic certified commercial accommodations. From the spring of 2023, the Magyar Turisztikai Ügynökség Zrt., through the Hungarian Tourism Quality Certification Body Nonprofit Kft., extended this practice to domestic attractions as well with the Hungarian Treasures trademark system.
