Hungary also applies to organize the European finals of Bocuse d'Or
The government is supporting the application of the Hungarian Bocuse d'Or Association, that the European finals of Bocuse d'Or 2016 to be held in Hungary. If the application will be successful, the government undertakes to ensure the necessary conditions.
The Bocuse d' Or, is the culinary world's most prestigious professional event. The Bocuse d' Or was brought to life by master chef Paul Bocuse, more than twenty years, who is the President of the event. The last Bocuse d' Or, that was held in January 2013. It was won by Thibaut Ruggeri, a French chef. The Hungarian chef Széll Tamás took the tenth place and won a special prize for the best poster. (MTI)
