A petition was launched to preserve Hungary’s GMO-free status
LMP is launching a petition to preserve Hungary’s GMO-free status, said Antal Csárdi, deputy faction leader of the opposition party, on Monday.
In his press conference, which can also be followed online, the LMP politician explained: they want to inform people about the dangers inherent in genetically modified foods.
He considered it important that no loopholes could be opened, which would allow genetically modified products with new technology to enter the country.
