Hungary is prepared for the new EU regulation on grape planting that would make it possible to increase the grape growing areas in the Member States – the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told MTI.
The European Commission announced its new regulation about the extension of the wine-growing areas and about the introduction of the new planting scheme on Thursday.
According to the communication of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) the ministry started to prepare for the new EU rules on planting, and to adopt the new grape planting system in 2012. (MTI)
