One third of Hungarians go to a thermal bath according to a survey
A third of Hungarians go to a thermal bath at least once a year – according to a national representative research conducted by the NaturMed Hotel Carbona in Hévíz.
According to the research, three counties lead the ranking of thermal bathers regularly: Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, Tolna and Komárom-Esztergom counties, The highest proportion of visitors go to thermal water baths comes from these countries.
34 percent of the respondents go to a thermal bath at least once a year, 39 percent of them visit a spa every two to three years or less, and a quarter of them indicate that they have never been to a thermal bath. (MTI)
