Hungarian Tourism Agency: we will not let tourism down!
The government is providing new support to tourism, and the sector, as it did during the first wave of the coronavirus pandemic, “we will not let tourism down, we will do everything we can to keep the jobs here,” Guller Zoltán, Magyar the CEO of the Hungarian Tourism Agency told MTIO on Wednesday.
He stressed that the government, together with the travel agency, had already done everything in the first phase of the pandemic to help the sector. The spring economic protection measures included, for example, a reduced rebate, a reduced credit program or a reduced taxation of the SZÉP card and an increased budget. (MTI)
