Hungarian “star cheeses” conquer the world with kashkaval, labneh, chili and lavender grill cheese
Incredible but Hungarian cheese can be found on the breakfast table at the breakfast table in Guinea, New Zealand. The Hungarian firm Hajdú’s grilled cheeses are also offered in trendy London places, and in the Canary Islands their cream cheese offers a special taste.
95 percent of Lebanese choose a certain Kashkash cheese if they want a real taste experience. It is a yellowish cheese from southeastern Europe, similar to the harder mozzarella, and is traditionally kneaded. In the region – Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the Arab Emirates, Oman, Iraq, Syria – the term HAJDÚ is used, but the brands Róna, Bihar and Kőrös are also widely known.
