A Hungarian specialist became Danone’s Eastern and Central European sales manager
From this July, Enikő Bolyós organizes and manages the company’s trade-related tasks in the region (Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic) with headquarters in Budapest. The Hungarian specialist joined the Danone Hungary team 13 years ago, and since then has proven his expertise and excellent leadership skills in numerous positions.
Enikő Bolyós joined Danone’s Hungarian team in 2011. At that time, he strengthened the operational team as Customer Service and Logistics Manager. After that, he tried his hand at several tasks, primarily in the field of sales. He also has extensive experience in commercial development, key customer management and managing the regional sales team. From October 2021, he will work as a commercial manager in Hungary, and from January 2024, he will also perform excellently in the leadership role of the Hungarian Business Unit. This is also confirmed by his new appointment. From July of this year, he leads the commercial team at the regional level thanks to his high level of expertise and strong leadership skills. In addition to the new responsibilities, he will also retain his domestic positions.
“The years I spent at Danone confirmed in me the realization that a really good leader not only focuses on sales, but also on ensuring that the team operates confidently, continuously develops, and that the processes also support the business smoothly. I consider honest, open communication, trust-based and supportive cooperation between colleagues and teams to be very important, both directly and within the wider team.”
– summed up Enikő Bolyós’ leadership ars poetics in connection with his appointment.
