Hungarian success at Sirha
Two Hungarian products had a successful debut in the most important gastronomic event of the world, at Lyon-based Sirha which is centered around the international HoReCa-scene.
The tradeshow took place between 22nd and 26th January, and more than 150 thousand visitors visited the event. Moreover, 10 thousand chefs – among them, several HUngarian masterchefs – met with each other in order to get to know and discuss the latest innovations and news of the HoReCa-world.
Hungexpo Zrt. decided to support two Hungarian enreprenours this year with their wide-spread network: products of Arany Kaviár and Dobogó Furmint of Zwack were introduced to the elite experts of the trade. Both companies had an incredible success, which means that an enternational feedback is about to follow.
