The healthy chicken meat products served on the tables of the Hungarian families are largely due to the success of domestic vaccine production, even one in four chicken all over the world is vaccinated by vaccines developed and manufactured in Hungary to protect against one of the most infectious poultry disease – we learned at the presentation held on the Day of Hungarian Countryside.

According to recent surveys, the most popular type of meat among the Hungarian households is poultry, especially the chicken meat is the most popular: Hungarians consume an average of 20 kg of chicken meat annually. There are plenty of people working every day to provide healthy meat products to the consumers.
