Hungarian girl becomes the festival’s 11 millionth visitor

A Hungarian girl living in Oman became the 11 millionth visitor in the history of the Sziget festival, and was greeted at the entrance on the closing day of the event on Monday.

Emília Panna Kormos said that this was her first time at Sziget. The young lady, who was greeted by a horde of photographers, arrived at the festival with her aunt.

The high school student said that she had come to the festival primarily because of the evening concert of the closing day’s main performer, Chappell Roan, and that she had arrived in the early afternoon to explore Sziget.

The lucky 11 millionth visitor received a Sziget season ticket and a gift package from the organizers.

The ten millionth visitor to the Sziget festival, which is now in its 31st year, was also a Hungarian woman in 2023.

On Monday at Sziget, Portugal the Man and Last Dinner Party will perform on the main stage before the American Chappell Roan.
