The crackling scone was registered as a Hungarian specialty in the European Union
The Hungarian crackling scone was included to the list of “traditional special products” – the European Commission announced on Thursday.

According to the product description; the Hungarian crackling scones are containing roundish, cylindrical and crushed cracklings and lard. It is limberred up with yeast, it is crumbly or has flaky structure. It can be seasoned with salt and pepper during preparing. (MTI)
